  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Rosebud Designs ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Rosebud Designs ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


  • Sales Tax
  • Rosebud Designs charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.


  • Warranties
  • REPAIRS: If your bracelet, necklace or earrings need to be repaired, we will be happy to do so free of charge within the first 90 days of purchase. Simply return it to us for a free repair. If during the life or your bracelet or necklace it is snagged or breaks, we will glady repair it. The following fees apply if all of the beads are intact. REPAIR/RESTRINGING fees: $7.00 for single strand, $12.00 double strand, and $18.00 for triple and quad strand bracelets. $7.00 for necklaces. Please note, if your bracelet breaks and you have lost some of the beads, please contact us about any extra fees for replacing the missing beads. The cost depends on the number of strands and the number of beads missing. When sending your item to us for repair, please include a note with the following information: REPAIRS TO BE DONE: Please let us know what type of repair needs to be done. If your name bracelet has broken apart, please include the spelling of the names on the bracelet (if any), the original name that the order was placed under and the invoice number (if available) so we can look up the order if we have beading questions. If the bracelet has broken apart, please include the desired size. CONTACT INFO / EMAIL ADDRESS: it is very important that we have a phone number and/or email address so that we can contact you if we have any questions. You will receive a call or email when your item is completed and shipped back. RETURN ADDRESS: please include this information with your return. Please include your payment for repairs (after 90 day warranty period) (check, cash, or money order) $7.00 for single strand, $12.00 double strand, and $18.00 for triple and quad strand bracelets. $7.00 fee applies for all necklaces. If you would like verification that we received your item, we suggest using USPS delivery confirmation and/or insurance (both can be added to first class shipping). Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion. Shipping then takes approximately 2-3 days. You will receive a confirmation by phone or email when your item is completed and shipped.
